Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the pillows in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not soiled or damaged during the transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
