We use premium, sustainably sourced fabrics including organic cotton, Belgian linen, and recycled velvet. Our inserts are available in either hypoallergenic down-alternative or ethically sourced goose down.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each pillow is handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces. Please contact our design team via the 'Custom Orders' page to discuss specific dimensions, fabric choices, or personalized embroidery.
How should I care for my handcrafted pillows?
We recommend spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning for most of our decorative covers to preserve the integrity of the hand-stitched details. Specific care instructions are included on the tag of each item.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home decor. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
